Throughout my career, I have leveraged my Six Sigma knowledge, project management skills, and instinct as a trainer to manage people, processes, and policy. Lately, I have specialized in the medical device industry by way of insurance, and the work I do with patients mirrors my way of being in the world. By bringing vision to severely impaired patients, I am broadening their whole world.
Eyesight brings freedom and opens up possibilities that change entire family dynamics. In that vein, I broaden people’s worlds. I do it through intentional customer interactions that build off of my heightened listening skills and ability to facilitate family dialogues. My work at eSight is especially impactful in this manner.
At Walmart, my client’s need a different kind of attention, which is when I shine during their fitting session. Person after person tells me that they had never felt so tended to when it came to their vision, and their positive feedback validates my passion for serving.
