The “Each One Touch One” program
While working for the Veterans Administration, I was most proud of founding the “Each One Touch One” program, which promoted in-person care centered on cleaning and adjusting patients’ glasses.
This simple interaction built trust and facilitated improved overall care. I also developed, pitched, and implemented an enhanced frame inventory system that streamlined the entire process from production to the point of sale.
My system was rolled out to 20+ locations during my tenure and continues to be incorporated across the United States.
